We do not recommend laying decking tile directly onto grass or soil as they are likely to sink into the surface and create an undulated surface. Ideally they would be laid on a hard standing surface.

Delivery is via curtain sided truck with tail lift to the roadside between 8:30am and 5pm. Smaller orders may be delivered by Fedex in a van.

Someone must be available to sign and accept delivery. Please make us aware of any access restrictions that will restrict a 18T vehicle.

Driver can call ahead if a mobile number is provided.Deliveries that fail due to access restrictions we have not been made aware of or nobody being available to accept the goods will be subject to a re delivery charge. This is not a timed delivery service. If a timed delivery service is required it can be booked at an additional cost of £30.00. Please contact us to arrange this service.

We offer delivery to mainland UK via a pallet network.

All the 300x300mm, 600x300mm and ramp facias connect together. Our tolerances in the decking tiles are very strict to provide a secure connection.

Timed deliveries are available at an additional cost of £30 + VAT

Changing delivery address is possible but it will almost certainly result in a reroute fee of £49 + VAT if the goods have already left us.

Deliveries that fail due to access restrictions we have not been made aware of or nobody being available to accept the goods will be subject to a re delivery charge of £37.50 + VAT

Fedex deliveries for small orders will attempt two deliveries before the goods are returned to us. Afterwards a redelivery charge of £30 + VAT will apply.

We are a manufacturer and distributor only. We do not offer an installation service.
